construction at rothesay ave exit

Hi all, is there who i can call/contact about the signage at the construction site being done on the highway near the rothesay ave exit going towards quispam/rothesay? it’s only a 90, but a truck was doing 130 and nearly hit me to the point i had to swerve into the closed lane to avoid being hit :( i’m wondering if there should be a sign closer to the bridge saying to slow down or something.. if there were people working, someone would have been seriously hurt or worse. tia
