Home Depot and Beutler

I walked into Home Depot last week and one of their sales reps got me to agree to a free quote. I do need a HVAC unit for the add-on in my house, so I wasn't opposed to it. I was told they have a no interest no payment deal for 2 years that expires this week, which is great.

The contractor that will be doing the installing, however, is Beutler and they have 2 stars on yelp. Most of the bad reviews seem to be because they ghosted people for a quote or that it was hard to get them to come out. Per the Home Depot contract, however, they are supposed to come out and fix the issue within 24 hours or they pay you $550. They also already gave me a quote for around $14k for a 2 ton unit that will supply around 1k sqft.

Anyone have a good experience dealing with Home Depot and Beutler for HVAC?
