Rick's Dessert Diner files for bankruptcy
The parent company of Rick's Dessert Diner has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, but an owner said the situation will not impact operations.
"We are just restructuring our debt," Sutton said. "It's not going to affect the business at all, and everything will continue to operate as usual. We don't anticipate being in bankruptcy very long."
"In 2024, the business brought in nearly $2.7 million in gross revenue, up from $2.5 million in 2023 and $2.4 million in 2022, according to the filing."
