best bakery?

hellooo, just read a post about the worst places to eat at and seen someone talk about rick’s dessert diner which is where I was thinking to get a cake. im planning ahead for my birthday party and wanted to know any recs, obvs price range is also good to note maybe no more than $70? not sure which flavor I would like yet, but I know I would want a cute decor for the cake. thanks!
