Breakfast places on the grid without ridiculous lines??

Orphan, Tower Cafe, Morning Fork. La Costa. All delicious places to go but if you're going on a weekend and don't want to stand in line forever you're SOL. What are some lesser known places to get some pancakes or a good breakfast?
