Advice for my first SaaS as a developer

Hey folks, I'm planning to build my first SaaS for which I have been researching for weeks to get an idea based on a problem. Believe me each time I think this one gonna be an unique idea and after little more exploration it is already there on internet. So I accept the fact I can only improve what is already built. The idea I've picked and excited about has not much competitors but I can only see one major competitor who have built everything even the advance features and low pricing model with one-time payments. Not possible to get beyond them but is it worth it to work on this idea? Is there a chance I can capture lil bit of market?

If not what do you think how can I find an idea that would work. Please don't promote your products I just need the genuine advice from people in the industry.
