Is it crazy that on Day 8 of Rifaximin + Metronidazole I feel like the worst I've ever been ?

This is my first round of Antibiotics. I was diagnosed with Sibo and Imo last month.

Hydrogen between 90-120 was 39ppm and Methane at its highest in the colon was 33ppm.

My main symptoms are permanent Brain fog (absolutely disaster class), bloating and Constipation. Occasionally ( this started recently) I also get skin rashes/hives that quickly go away with Cetirizin (woke up with one today).

So I'm on day 8 and take 14 total but my Brain fog and bloating are the worst its ever been. My Constipation weirdly got better during the course for whatever reason. From day 2 to day 7 I had a BM daily even though I usually had to wait 3-5 days for a pathetic BM. Today I didn't have one, feel very constipated again.

I also take Nac and have taken it before for other reasons.

But yeah. Any idea why I still feel like absolutely fricking shit ? One day after antibiotics I'm supposed to start Nystatin and Prucalopride.
