Sibo, ibs, candida, h pylori caused by spinal misalignment?

Long story short, I've been having digestive problems for 8 or 9 years. I saw many different doctors and spend quite a bit on remedies that didn't work.

I go in to an upper cervical specialist and he manipulates my c1/atlas bone. ( I was having wicked neck pain and migraines) he also took a few x rays

Lo and behold, my ibs/bloating/sibo/candida....yeah I had it all....is going away!!!! I did get rid of my h pylori a different way with broccoli sprouts over a year before this post. Read about that on my reddit profile.

But holy buckets, I can't believe this... I can eat donuts, McDonald's...etc. (I'm still having a bit of trouble with fruits though, but the adjustments were less than a week ago. )

If you're having any digestive issues, maybe it'd be a good idea to get your spine looked at. But you have to see someone that's actually going to correct the misalignments not a standard chiropractor that just ensures movement between the vertebra.

God bless!

Note: i'm not sure that I should have included h pylori in the title of this because that issue may be not be related to a spinal misalignment.
