What do I do?

bought this the other day and paid with paypal and the payment went through, why would it be asking for me to pay for the figure again? just curious bc it says it will cancel the order in 10 days. also not trying to pay $300+ bc i might as well forget that. also would like to add if anyone has experienced the same thing on ali?
