Anyone else already suffering in PHI 112?

This apparent graduate student/professor named Mohsen Saber is apparently not allowing us to use laptops or our phones in class, and is expecting a goddamn physical copy? Anyone else suffering from this sudden BS on his syllabus?

EDIT 1: He changed it to a preferable printed or bought copy. Still kinda stupid.

After seeing u/catwithbeautifulwing's comment and seeing the lecture myself, I recommend this person now, he seems very chill and relaxed about ebook users.
