What virus is going around

Tested negative for Covid strep and flu. My doctor said it’s a bad cold but I’ve had fever and laryngitis. I noticed a lot of people coughing and sniffling in class a few days before I got sick. Anyone know what’s going around or is it just another non-de script virus? It’s doesn’t really matter I’m just curious.
