How can I add games on R36S?

Hi, I recently purchased the R36S console and would like to add some games for the Nintendo DS.
I tried inserting the micro SD that is in the console into a micro SD to SD adapter and connecting it to the PC, but it doesn't work. Can you tell me why it's not working and how I can add games?
