Sega Saturn R36S - Games not Showing

Device: R36S OS: ArkOS (02232024) - Community image. One Card SD Setup (replaced stock card with a brand card).

This is driving me insane, I have pulled my SD Card out of the device and into my PC almost 100 times now and I'm hitting a wall on this one.

So I'm unable to get Sega Saturn games to show on the system menu after adding the (correct) BIOS files, and ROMS into my <saturn> folder.

I have added a huge BIOS folder (over 200mb of BIOS files) to cover all my basis, I have added both a zipped and a raw bin/cue ROM into my <saturn> folder. The system isnt hidden in the UI Settings (Visible Systems).

The oddest thing is that if I add the same BIOS pack to the cheap stock card that came with my device from AliExpress, and toss the same saturn ROMS in the <saturn> folder, they show up right away.

What would prevent it from showing on my re-flashed latest version of ArkOS? Or what setting might have I changed that would not expose a system?

Pleassssssssssssssssse help.... I'm 5 hours into this and haven't made progress.

EDIT: OK one interesting note, the stock card auto created the folder <yabasanshiro> and a gamelist.xml - my new card isn't doing this, I did copy both those over and was able to get it working on the new card, but why would it not have auto created that folder and gamelist.xml?
