Terribly timed tickle in the back of my throat…

I got the all too familiar tickle in the back of my throat a convenient week before the marathon. Trying not to freak out. I bought echinacea tea, elderberry syrup, vitamin C, and zicam tablets to try to nip this before Sunday. Gonna spend any and all free time on the couch under a blanket this week.

Did I miss anything? Anyone have any tips? Should I get a recovery run in now while I’m not that sick (yet) or just start with the babying now? And is anyone else in the same boat?
