Valentine's Day romance novels (no/low spice)

I browsed the sub and megathreads and couldn't find much. What I have found is high spice. Anyone have any recs for closed door or fade-to-black romance books that take place on or near Valentine's Day, have at least one scene regarding Valentine's Day, or at least mention it in the plot?
