Rocket League does not load in

I open the game and press A to start and then it just goes to this screen every time. It’s like it is stuck and not buttons work except for the two squares button too switch users. But when I switch users nothing happens. I’ve reinstalled the game twice and haven’t played now in months and this still happens.
