Still logged in on Xbox blocked out everywhere else

So, like many players who joined at younger ages, I wasn’t all that mindful of keeping an up to date account email or phone number linked and verified to my account. When the forced password resets came a few years back this was obviously a problem and I got locked out of my account…except on Xbox. I can log in, play games and buy things just fine, and quick login almost works but forces the reset on any other devices. I do have real world purchase history and if need be can get basic information about those transactions. Could there possibly be a way to get this account back or am I SOL?
