Rivian adventure network?

I stopped by the Rivian adventure network charging station in Sacramento and had 0 luck. I plugged into multiple fast chargers and couldn’t get them to start. I called customer service and they recommended I do a reset on my truck. Luckily I could get home without the charge. It wasn’t just me either, a guy who got his truck on Wednesday also couldn’t charge. Has anyone had any luck at a RAN station?
