How to actually... buy a Rivian?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but when I put a build together, it only gives me options for lease, or loan. I want to pay in cash. If I do a lease, won't I have to pay tax and title transfer, etc for a full buyout, plus I'm sure there's penalties. I don't need a loan either. Is there an option to outright buy, or do either of those options have a path to do so? It's not clear on the website.
