Ring Chine Pro VPN HELP!

I'm setting up a Gen 2 Chime Pro. I go through the set up and ut keeps saying in need to turn my VPN off. I don't have a VPN. At least not that I'm aware of. I have a Smasunh galaxy S24 (not sure if that matters). Can som3on3 help me. It won't let me advance the setup. Even if I push VPN is off. It won't work. Please help.
