Sharing an amazon account w my parents--can I prevent them from seeing spicy book covers???

Basically title.

they have not noticed so far, or maybe just didn't say anything to me. I currently try to finish the book asap and then remove it from the library. Is there anything else I can do that can prevent them from seeing the kindle unlimited spicy books I read?
