Rls, THc and addiction

I have had addiction problems in the past with alcohol. I’m over two years sober now. But I’m getting desperate. Gabapentin stopped working, requip has now stopped. I almost went to the ER last night because my ankles started up before I laid down, around 7pm which almost never happens. I’ve heard THC works amazing but I don’t want to ruin my sobriety. Anyone else have this or thoughts?
