Hi All! Just wanted to contribute a quick review on The Row Margaux 12 in soft grained leather (color: Mocha). Please note that the seller asked me to write a review, but did not provide any promotions/compensation for my review. I was super happy with the product, so I told TS I would be happy to help get him some more exposure here. Quality:
Overall Look: 10/10 When I saw the PSP photos, I was like hmmm ... but decided to green light it and trust that TS knew what he was doing since he's gotten great reviews here. The lighting wasn't the best, and I wasn't sure if the shape was right. It was hard to gauge the color through those photos. However, I was extremely happy upon first look! It had the shape I was wanting, and the leather was supple and the color was GORGEOUS . The mocha looks like a deep brown with a touch of burgundy.
On touch: 10/10 The leather is great quality, soft, and supple. I took another redditor's recommendation and conditioned it just to give it a little drink after a long journey, but I don't think it was necessary.
Shape: 10/10 Compared to website pictures, it looks REALLY good imo, but I'm not an expert. Reading other reviews on authentic 12s, I think it's normal for the 12 to be a bit less "slouchy" than its larger 15 and 17 sisters, but it does still have a bit of a slouch. The PSP photos made the bag look more square than it is - it definitely has taper and looks like the authentic imo.
Hardware and lining: 10/10 Hardware seems to align with website pictures. The inner lining is soft and seemingly durable and looks like the authentic herringbone design.
Rep Satisfaction Rating and Accuracy: 10/10 I LOVE this bag more than I thought I would and it's been my daily carry since I got it. It's super functional and I love the smaller size of the 12. I am planning to purchase a 15 and 17 as well from TS.
