Possible to switch markers around?

Gotta NTTD v4 vsf. Really love it, admist everyones usual criticism. Only thing is that i think the 6 oclock marker was supposed to be the left hand marker for the 12 oclock. The two markers at the top have different border thicknesses.

Difficult for a watchsmith to flip them?
