500€ for a rep that will break is ridiculous

I want to buy the omega NTTD VS+ and the best reps are very expensive if you ask me. While the reps of AP or Rolex are even better reps and better price. 500€ for a rep that will break like the crown is ridiculous. And now 500€ is all my money so that’s why I want to know for sure that it will work for years. Any thoughts
