Help closing in a pole barn

I have two pole barns that look like this one. I live in South Florida and am renovating part of my property to be event and wedding worthy.

Problem is, it rains a lot and mosquitos are also a pain. So, I am really looking for any advice , thoughts, and contacts on how to screen or tarp this barn, in a way that looks nice, and can be either removed or rolled up when not needed
