Make only some choice buttons an image?

Hey all! In my visual novel, I'm trying to make the player has some choices that are text, just like the default menu, but also want some choice menus to be an image that the player must click to make the choice.

The image below is ideally what the choice menu would look like in this case.

Again, I only want SOME of the choices to look like this.
