Drones under 250g’s in restricted zones

I’m in Canada, the restriction is within 3 miles of an airport, the house that needs to be shot is within that 3 miles, is there a way around the restriction if it’s for real estate? I’ve read you can apply to unlock the zone but DJI’s map doesn’t necessarily coordinate with local law/restrictions. Is doing this a hard no?
