How to flex without bots

How in the world do you guys manage to grab blocks without blocks? I use to use them but kept getting captcha blocked. Now every time I try to use one, either it doesn't work at all and get sent to captcha prison or it's get one or two blocks then I get sent to captcha prison. How are you guys getting these blocks?
