Who else knew detainees talk to each other?

I was playing the hospital map today and detained two civilian women and placed them together in a room. I came back through there later and the two had dialogue lines together that went something like;

X: "Oh God, Im so scared, I just wanna go home " Y: "It's okay, we'll get through this together. Just breathe"

Kinda heartwarming but really caught me off guard. Maybe everybody knew this but I only noticed it today. If you haven't noticed it before, try it for yourself to confirm I'm not crazy.
