Exercise induced asthma

Does anyone who has raynauds also suffer from exercise induced asthma? Going to speak to my GP about it but a quick google tells me the cold air when mouth breathing can cause constriction of the airway. This sounds super similar to cold induced Raynauds and wonder if there may be a link between the two?
