Do Scammers Ever Get Their Karma?

Okay, so here’s the tea: my family recently got scammed, and honestly, it’s got me spiraling into this rabbit hole of questions. Like, do scammers actually get their karma? And if they do, is it doubled, tripled, or what? Like, do they even feel bad about what they’re doing, or are they just numb to it? Kasi it’s wild how they can ruin someone’s life and go to bed at night like nothing happened.

My mom, bless her heart, cursed them hardcore. Like she went OFF—she said, “Sana doble ang balik ng karma nila. Sana magkasakit family member nila, and no amount of the scammed money can save them. Kahit 10M pa yan, sana hindi sila mapagaling.” And honestly? I kind of agree. If you think about it, ang sama ng energy na pinapalaganap nila. Stealing from people who probably worked their ass off for that money?? It’s so messed up.

And it made me wonder: what do scammers even feel? Like, do they ever think about the lives they’re ruining? Or is it just a job to them—“money is money, bahala na si karma”? Have you ever scammed someone (not judging, but I lowkey am)? Did it come back to bite you? I’m super curious if karma really works the way we hope it does. Kasi right now, parang the world just feels so unfair.

If anyone here has thoughts, stories, or even just rants about scammers, I wanna hear them. I feel like this convo is so important, especially now na ang daming scammers na parang wala nang takot. What do y’all think—deserve ba nilang ma-karma ng sobra-sobra? Or is it more complicated than that?
