Panhandling out of control

Hard to defend the Zinfandel at Hwy 50 and Olson Dr. Panhandling is absolutely out of control. You don’t see this in Folsom. Almost every intersection last night had someone looking for handouts and many looked able bodied and not down on their luck. I’ve been a resident for a few decades now. I always recommend Rancho Cordova as a fabulous place to buy a home and plant roots. Many folks overlook Rancho Cordova for Folsom, Elk Grove, and Roseville.
