Almost 3 Days No Charm.

I recently subbed to jynxzi and ive waited now 24hrs to 48hrs to now 72hrs this is ridiculous jynxzi literally said you will receive it in 5 minutes or if its delayed it might take 3 hours ive tried to contact ubisoft and people are saying they take a month to respond so i dont know what i should do. Yes my ubi and twitch are connected.
