Everyone in my match gets stuck on blue screen after choosing operators

This has happened multiple times and it only continues when I leave. I have no idea what is causing the problem but it seems to be coming from me. All of the instances where this happened it only stopped when I left.

I also have a seperate issue that happens less often. After the droning phase is over I'm still stuck droning and when i try to exit it says operator loading. After about a minute I get kicked for excessive loading time.
