Galleus Needs a Buff!

Anyone else with Galleus think he is a bit underwhelming for a mythical? His first form is solid for hydra, don't get me wrong, but I thought he was stronger. His alt form seems useless in almost all areas other than Arena according to HH.

Thoughts?
