Mythheir 2 painkeepers

Question guys I have tried building the mythheir budget unkillable team Demytha, Geo, Heiress and 2 Painkeepers for UNM CB

I watched his video ou youtube and have tried building it like he suggested. I have all the speeds correct, Demytha 254 Geo234 Heiress 244 Pinkeeper 191+ 189 respectivly. However the team dosent seem to sync up only dealing between 4/5mill damage. Priorities I have done what he says on the video, though am a bit confused with the pain keepers as when he is talking about priority he calls the fast one slow and vica versa. Any suggestions?
