Renting bunkhouse trailers in midwest USA?

Hope this is okay to post- I'm looking to rent a handful of bunkhouse style RVs (sleeping 10+ per trailer) for a camping festival. Open to paying freight / travel for delivery as needed, just can't seem to find a lot of vendors that carry these. Extra points if they also offer shower units. Any recommendations?
