What's the rarest car you can make?

I was wondering, since there are only a few limited items, which ones are the arrest excluding alpha items?

This one is TW Octane (I would put gold Diestro but I feel like a lot of people probably have it now since it is recent), Cupcake wheels, Birthday Hat, Party Boost and I just put TW Atomiser ad the goal explosion.
