ABC's debate requirements: 15%+ in polls from 4 different pollsters in a 33-day period among a list of 8 total pollsters. That is 1/3 the length of CNN's 99-day period for qualifying polls and CNN had 50% more pollsters (12 instead of 8). This seems extremely rigged. What can be done about it?

ABC News Candidate Qualification Requirements for the 2024 Election Presidential Debate Tuesday, Sept. 10

For Kennedy to qualify for ABC's stated criteria, at least 4 of the following pollsters would have to have Kennedy poll at 15%+ support amongst registered or likely voters: ABC News, CNN, Fox News, NBC News, The New York Times/Siena College, Quinnipiac University, The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post.

That would be doable, but the polls must be entirely fielded and publicly released between Aug. 1, 2024, and Sept. 3, 2024.

How many polls will each of those pollsters do that that are entirely fielded and publicly released within that 33-day period?

And how many of those polls will not be rigged?

For perspective, even CNN had a 99-day period for qualifying polls (March 13th to June 20th), and they counted polls from 12 pollsters instead of 8 (ABC didn't list CBS News, Marquette University Law School, Monmouth University,, or NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist College as qualifying pollsters while CNN did).

To put it mathematically, CNN had 1188 qualifying pollster-days (99 days * 12 pollsters = 1188) while ABC has 264 (33 days * 8 pollsters = 264). In other words, ABC only has ~22% as many qualifying pollster-days as CNN did!

There are millions of Kennedy supporters and Kennedy has an impressive campaign. Surely, some ideas can be thought of to overcome or cancel the rigging and get Kennedy in the debate? Any thoughts or ideas?
