Thoughts on upload schedules

I've been reading through the latest Naudio thread and wanted to open up a broader question to people, because it's a thought I've had quite often:

Do we actually like that our fave big creators like Naudio and Bad Influence release an audio once a week (which could easily lead to burnout or less creative audios) or would we rather it was less frequent (maybe then staving off that feeling of their work getting "stale" or potential faster burnout for them)?

I'm always conflicted because I can only imagine that less tight deadlines and quick turnarounds would be beneficial but then again, would that affect their pay negatively (if they're paid per audio/per favourite/per listen etc).

I don't think this would be a situation unique to these two creators either, just that they're probably the most well known and they have a pretty relentless upload schedule.
