My VR head is floating and the game and Home Screen is under my boundary floor level.

So pretty much, when I’m standing in the home area or in a game, it all appears as if my floor level was much lower, but when I try to adjust my floor level to the ground nothing changes. Can’t play any games because it shows me as if I was super tall and everything is below me. I don’t understand what is going wrong or how to fix it. I have factory reset my quest, reset the boundary, restarted the quest, everything. Anyone else having the issue or knows what to do to fix it?
