Good Bye and Thank you! Prolific.

So after 7 months of joining prolific and after 156 Approved submission with 0 rejection, my account has been permanently banned. I was having continuous PEC message, I had to change to different ISPs just to get banned again within a week.

So I decided to E-mail them and ask them if anything is causing this issue, within hours they replied with saying my account as been permanently banned. It was good while it lasted. I don't know if anything I did triggered this ban. Anyway I'll list out the things I did may or may not have potentially triggered the ban.

• Had an extension as study notifier ( Is open source and Prolific said it was okay so I think it wasn't the problem)

• Have used multiple tabs open simultaneously

• while being IP banned, accepted studies from Mobile data and completed the study with Wifi

• Tried different ISPs while IP ban( I think this caused the ban as I got Ban Email as the reply to the PEC Message Query).

• Never refreshed too often, Never Used VPN(Always made sure of that)

These are all the thing I did, I don't know if any of these could trigger the ban. Anyway prolific really helped me with my financial situation for half a year. I am always grateful for the opportunity I had. It was my only source of income and I'm really grateful for Prolific to help me during some tough times of my life.

Also thanks everyone in this subreddit for helping me fight some unfair rejections.
