he's in the hole

My husband has been in the hole since some point on the 13th. I called the prision worried and having a panic attack cuz I didn't hear from him since his last message that morning. (I called around 5 PM on the 14th) I explained that I haven't heard from him in over 24 hours and with medical history I was extremely worried. Especially cuz he's a huge romantic like me so I knew not waking up to a message was even more concerning then no call the night before. Anyways they told me he's in the hole and don't know if its the minimum of a week. It's day 3 and I'm already losing my mind not talking to him. I been blowing his messages up he's already got at least 10 to read. Any advice on how to cope? I'm done with social media so doom scrolling isn't an option. I'm not even on Reddit as much as I was before....
