Mobile App. Vs booking number, how may allowed?

My wife and I have both downloaded the Princess App to our phones. Mine works fine but my wife cannot bring up our trip. When she tries to add a new journey using the 1 booking number associated with our cabin, it tells her that number is already used by someone. Are we not both allowed to use the app or should there be a different booking number per person. I’m confused.
