The lobby is designed for trolls

One nice thing omeda could do is recognize that the lobby where you choose your role.. is a design that allows for trolling.

Instead of this. Please allow players to choose their role before looking for a lobby.

This way you get to play the role you enjoy.

If you are worried certain roles will not be played well que time will self balance that. As well you might consider giving the roles less popular, some reward for being played.

Less trolling, less toxicity.

Same reason you don't have voice chat In LoL

Same reason you que for your role before entering the lobby in others games like dota 2.
