No map changes yet, but interesting inner developemnts:
Otto Skorzeny is offering his services to pretty much everybody in the world, only time will tell, where his priorities are laying; he is forging connections to Trotsky; the Emperor of Japan; stateless, funny moustache man; former Kaiser Wilhelm and so on and so forth;
Japan: the Emperor has convened with the military leadership around Suzuki Soroku and Kanaya Hanzo about starting military operations in Manchuria, gathering forces in Korea with some criticism from the more moderate likes of Hamaguchi Osachi, who want to stand against the increasing force of the military, but given that the Emperor is actively supporting the military, Japan seems to be on a steady course on the way to military conflict with China;
Trotsky is trying to build up a rival Communist international in his exile in Turkey and writing to many international communists to bring together an academic assembly of leading communists; while Sovjet leadership is not specifically mentioned, the inner circle of Stalin still sees it as an attempt threaten the stability of the Sovjet Union, making them threaten leading communists figures on the Eurasian continent, leading to Ernst Thälmann and others from the KPD and other leading communist figures like Mao Zedong and Maurice Thorez denouncing the idea and calling for a bocott of that idea; Turkey is also wary of the idea, but let's it pass for now, but they tighten security, to control who comes onto the island and to make sure it gets over smoothly; more moderate politicians like Paul Levi from Germany and Otto Bauer from Austria do plan on attending;
Stalin in the meantime is giving more money to the KPD, urging them to build up KPD hideouts;
Andanyn Amar, president of Mongolia, is working to suddenly erradicate Communism, after Mongolia relied closely on the Suvjets for their independence, with reactions from Japan and the USSR very much unclear as to what will happen with them; purges of the communists are also happening in Mongolia, leading to growing unrest in the leadership of the country;
Kaiser Wilhelm is working to better relations with the Dutch monarchy, who is also under pressure from the British to severe ties with the former Kaiser more, leaving the Dutch in a difficult spot; he also works with the more conservative newspapers to begin spreading monarchist propaganda and he works together with the right-wing DVP and DNVP to slowly gain ground again in the political landscape; funding also is poured into the Stahlhelm, leading to the strengthening of that militia group;
Ghandi politely asks Britain to leave; Britain refuses;
Heisenberg is starting a tutoring tour around the world and he has his first lessons in Berlin, Munich and Stuttgart;
Otto von Habsburg is reaching out to former Austrian nobles and politicians, looking to see if they wanna work with him to restore monarchical structures again; most want to support the young Crown Prince, but cannot offer much assistance, due to Austrian laws and lack of support by the SDAPÖ and big portions of the more conservative parties;
Huey Long pushes for a progressive tax reform in the state of Louisiana and he gathers the support of many state senators and state delegates, although not enough yet to safely secure a passing of that bill, especially since Republicans are looking to undermine any such legislation and with the backing of the Hoover administration are looking to kill the bill;
Viktor Emmanuel III. is trying to undermine Mussolinis power, by balancing power between the two of them, but with El Duce being as popular as he is, or now there is only very slow progress being made in that direction; Italian newspapers are also paid to spread propaganda, that leaves the monarch and the institutions in a favourably light, leading to a slow increase in public and military trust, especialyl in the South of Italy;
