Help with battery!!!

Im stuck right after you go in the hallway with the tv's and you get dropped, then you need the four batteries. I got all 3 but the one in the blue gate, I CANT DROP THE BATTERIES!!! I cant take the board off the one part since i cant drop the battery, i really wanted to beat it tonight but this is preventing me from doing so. Yes i have tried closing ans re entering and i have tried changing the hotkey
