Need a super strong but matte finish hairspray to boost hold after using styling cream

I, of the dead straight, super fine hair variety, have had a semi-breakthrough with Stickmore Tonic/Cream combo. I'm finally getting the volume I want with my slicked-back style, and the sheen and overall look is perfect post-styling. The only problem is that, while better than most I've tried, even the Stickmore won't hold my hair in place all day. My hair is so fine and thin, it flops back down with anything but Joico Ice Spiker Hair Glue in it to keep it back--which of course makes my hair look wet and plastic rather than matte and natural the way Stickmore does.

I'm thinking of trying a hairspray to spray on top of the Stickmore Cream to boost the hold level. Anyone with my kind of hair know of anything that works? I don't need the hairspray to add volume, as the tonic already does that very well. Just need to lock it in place without making it look like plastic, and with my hair, that requires basically the strongest hold on the market.
