SUPER Hyped for Battle Partners!

What I'm not happy about are the prices the pre-orders are going for (like bloody hell £99 for a Japanese booster box is ridiculous) but the cards in the set look ASTOUNDING.

As a big fan of the games and therefore also a fan of the characters in them I've been hoping for a return of the trainer's pokémon mechanic for a while now and I think they've executed it really well. I love N, Lillie, and Hop and am somewhat keen on Iono so I'm definitely happy with the characters they've picked (even though I know most of the fanbase despises Hop for some reason).

Surprisingly I really like the full arts and gold cards in the set. I don't dislike the ones that have come before in other sets by any means but they've never been huge chases for me, these ones though? I think they look SO good. The addition of the trainers in the back just uplifts them so much aesthetically.

Furthermore, the ARs and SARs? STUNNING. I can't think of a single one that I'd be displeased with pulling. They're all gorgeous.

I'm definitely going to attempt to master this set. I've never done it before but with how much I've been anticipating it and how beautiful all the cards are I think it'd be an appropriate first attempt for me. Of course those Lillies, Ionos, and Ns will likely be going for a lot on the second hand market so let's hope I pull as many of them myself as possible haha
